The official language of the conference is English. Simultaneous translation services will be provided for French, Russian and Spanish by professional interpreters.
AIRPORT TRANSFER INFORMATION
Complimentary airport transfers from Cairns Airport are NOT available.
Taxis are available from Cairns Airport to Pullman Cairns International Hotel for about AUD $25.
You can choose to share a taxi with others on your flight. That way, you can share the cost of the taxi.
An airport shuttle meets most flights and will take passengers to the Pullman Cairns International Hotel or other hotels in the city.

A timetable at this website shows set regular shuttle departure times (mostly 1 hour intervals) from Cairns Airport for Cairns CBD. Cost is AUD $15 per person. You will need to know your arrival time at Cairns Airport to reserve your seat on the shuttle.

We warmly invite all ISO Member countries to send delegates to the Australian Meetings. There is no registration cost for ISO Member Delegates.
We also warmly invite Australian and international sugar sector attendees to take part in the event, especially the industry tour, the one-day Conference and social events.
Our priority is to have an audience of those people most involved in the industry who will benefit from, and contribute to, the event through discussions, interactions, sharing ideas and opinions and networking.

We strongly encourage all attendees to book accommodation as soon as possible. We offer a limited number of rooms at special rates which include breakfast and wi-fi at the conference venue, the Pullman Cairns International Hotel.
For catering, name badge and other logistical reasons, we ask that you register by 30 June 2019 at the latest.
Cancellations can be made at any time up to 30 June 2019. After that date, 30 June 2019, cancellations cannot be accepted. If necessary, another delegate can replace a registered delegate from the same country or organisation provided the Conference Manager is notified of full details in writing by 30 June 2019.
Cancellation of your accommodation bookings must be made directly with the Pullman Cairns International Hotel and is subject to that venue’s cancellation policy. This applies to any other accommodation in Cairns.

The names and organisation of all delegates will be distributed at the conference as part of the normal conference materials.
